Plot: Dr. Ben Carroway (Andrew McCarthy) begins an investigation into an assassination case in which the assassins had no previous criminal record and committed suicide after the murder. Accompanying him in the investigation is the sister (Portia de Rossi) of one of the dead assassins and a hit man (Robert Patrick). Their investigation leads them to Mexico, where they find a compound presided over by an evil doctor (Nick Mancuso) who trains children to become assassins.
