Plot: A cop asks his buddy to take his place at a dance try-out for a policeman's ball. At the audition, the friend meets and falls for a lovely female cop, who mistakes the bashful library worker for a fellow policeman. In order to keep up a front for his new lady love, the shy guy wears the police uniform more often than he should. Soon the lovelorn milquetoast is getting mistaken for a real cop -- and doing his darndest to act as one!
