Plot: When a ballet dancer is killed ritualistically during a ballet dress rehearsal, the mysterious killers go after her teenage sister. She is protected and befriended by a hardened cop whose daughter and wife were killed by a drunk driver four years previously. During the course of the investigation, he uncovers a ring of corrupt police officials taking the law into their own hands.
