Plot: After suffering a heart attack, Dr. Abbie Polin decides to re-establish contact with his father Abe, known in Hollywood as "King of the Extras." Despite their long estrangement, the two slowly begin to understand each other, and, through banter and one-liners, they try to come to terms with their tumultuous past, their different points of view, and, most of all, their mortality.
