Fu Manchu has learned about the existence of the infamous tyrant Ghengis Khan's tomb. Inside the burial vault supposedly lies a necromantic sword and mask. If Fu Manchu gets ahold of these items, he can effectively lead the East to slaughter Western civilization to kingdom come.

Scotland Yard hears of Fu Manchu's fiendish plot and quickly dispatches a team of investigators to head him off.
