NASA officials can't understand why their Viking-2 Lander has suddenly returned to Earth from Mars. A group of scientists head to the ship's landing site to figure out what happened. There, they soon discover the truth: a powerful, vicious alien has commandeered the spacecraft back to our planet -- in order to feed on human blood...
