Plot: Louis Gossett, Jr. and Jonathan Silverman return as the hard nosed US Postal Inspectors Frank Hughes and Alex Urbina in this sequel to 1999's THE INSPECTORS. Based on the true-life exploits of US Postal Inspectors, here Frank and Alex are investigating Joe (Madsen), a notorious con man and the leader of a credit card ring that steals credit card applications and applies for them under other people's names, and uses them until they are maxed. Though most of these types of crooks are fairly harmless, Joe has killed some of the people whose identity he has stolen, and it is up to Frank and Alex to shake him down before he can kill again.
