Bela Lugosi shines as Ygor, in this fourth of the Universal Studios Frankenstein flicks. This time, Dr. Ludwig Frankenstein (Cedric Hardwicke) thinks the monster (Boris Karloff) could be cured, if only he had a normal brain. With Ygor's help, they try it again from the top, but this time Ygor has his own plans.
