Plot: Cynical but warm-hearted Robin Harris has his date with a sexy lady friend, Jamika, interrupted by a group of insolent, trouble-making kids from the inner city. Three of the rebellious tykes supposedly belong to Jamika's absent friend Bebe, and the little terrors proceed to torment Harris and the white security guards at a local amusement park where most of the action takes place.
