Ousted from the police force, a demoralized Malone (Michael Rooker) gets caught up in the troubles of Koji (Ryo Ishibashi), a ruthless hitman assigned to kill a Mob boss. As Koji holds Malone's daughter (Danielle Harris) hostage, this unlikely pair, from opposite sides of the law, soon find themselves on a desperate run from Mafia thugs. On the craziest ride of their lives, they stumble into the clutches of a mad bomber (Bobcat Goldthwait) and fall victim to the double-dealings of a corrupt cop (John Laughlin). With no one to turn to except each other, they have only one choice to survive -- fight together, back to back.
