Plot: A western drama centering around the history of the early Mormons and their trek from the East in the 1850s to Utah territory, with their prophet Brigham Young, after the death of spiritual leader Joseph Smith. A loyal church fellow, orphaned as a boy, becomes an "avenging angel' when he attempts to sabotage a plot to assassinate Young.
