An atypical blend of whimsical musical and intense reality based drama tells the story of a feral, sexually exploratory young woman who is, in actuality, a true-romantic on the hunt for the perfect mate. She believes the search is over upon meeting the attractive Olivier. They become romantically entangled, but there is one problem, Olivier is HIV-positive. Virginie Ledoyen won the Best Actress Award for her role as "Jeanne" at the 1998 Paris Film Festival.
