Travelling around without a body has for the history of mankind been the domain of mystics and the dead. In the future, it will be as common as the telephone. In this future, a master terrorist assassinates a powerful CEO and the officer assigned to the case is sent bodiless to San Francisco to investigate. Unknowingly, his mind lands in the the head of the anti-corporate terrorist leader himself!

In the not-too-distant future, advances in bio-technology enable people to transfer their minds into the bodies of others. People can now "travel" by having their consciousness transmitted anywhere in the world. When anti-corporate terrorists assassinate a powerful CEO, Stefan Toffler (Steven Baldwin) is called in to investigate the murder. He is transported to San Francisco, unknowingly into the body of the head terrorist. Toffler has only two days to find "himself" or die!
