Plot: Flip Dogg is an Iowa boy who lives in the 'Hood of his own mind. He and his friends roam around their small hometown affecting the same kind of hip-hop stylings they see on MTV, often hilariously. Flip and his friends ultimately take a trip to the big city, where they get a taste of what inner-city life is really like. A thoughtful look at the appeal of Urban music and style. Hoch's character Flip was originally presented as part of a one-man show off-Broadway.
