Tagline: In a world beyond your imagination a battle for the universe has begun.
Plot: An imaginative young boy's mental flights of fancy lead him to the magical land of Tao, where an evil sorcerer threatens to suck dry the last remaining Lifespring of the Tao powers. Fortunately, the Lifespring is protected by five kung-fu fighting, ratiocinatory kangaroo-men (the titular Warriors), each of whom commands the powers of one of the earth's natural elements--wood, water, metal, fire, and earth. But they need the help of their young human friend's imagination and faith to defeat their nemesis. A kid-friendly American debut from Hong Kong director Yu, best known for the "Bride With White Hair" series.
