Plot: Bernard Barthélémy seems to have it all: a steady job, a stunningly beautiful wife and a nice home; in fact, he's the envy of all his friends. But oddly enough, Bernard finds that he is not truly fulfilled by either his marriage or his work. So what does he do? He tries to shake up his life by having an affair with Colette, a dowdy temporary secretary in his employ -- and the two fall hopelessly in love. Bernard is suddenly a happy man, but, if he isn't careful, he may just lose everything he's got.
