Plot: A seasoned grifter, Bokky, welcomes a neophyte into his loose-knit clan of peripatetic Irish-American scam artists, who, in the manner of modern-day snake oil salesmen, make a living cheating small-town rubes across the rural South. But a change of heart is in store for Bokky after he falls in love with a woman he defrauded. An atmospheric, languid directorial debut from "Twister" cinematographer Green.
