Plot: When a feudal lord named Kanzen Inukai receives a sword from the Shogun, the priceless gift is stolen by the wily samurai Rannosuke Kazamatsuri. Inukai's son Heishiro immediately becomes determined to seek out Rannosuke to exact revenge for humiliating his family, and to recover the sword. Along with two friends, Heishiro sets out to track down Rannosuke, even though none of them are nearly as skilled as the master samurai they are pursuing.
