Tenebre Reviews |
With Tenebre we have Argento at his best, giving us plenty of gory axe murders, some of his best and most complex camera work, a complex and mysterious plot that keeps you glued to the screen, characters you are actcually interisted in and care about, and another brilliant score by Goblin. And I still think Tenebre has one of the most surprising and shocking endings i've ever seen in a horror film, I really didn't see it coming. [read review] --Ian Button (Diabolical-Dominion.com)
The ending is a bit silly and confusing, but Argento, as usual, delivers the proceedings with plenty of style—and gore. This film features what is easily the bloodiest axe murder ever filmed. [read review] -- (eSplatter.com)
