Packed with stylish mood, lovely old fashioned looking production values and Luppi's tour-de-force performance; this is eccentric, off-beat and impressive stuff. ... There is nothing out there quite like this bizarre delight.
...outstanding, and for horror fans who love exquisite filmmaking, a must see.
This is the sort of horror movie you show your friends who believe the beloved genre is nothing more than steel claws and chainsaws.

Good story, but slow in parts. This spanish film is worth a rent if you're interested in a different vampire film, but don't expect a lot of action or neck-biting. 6/10
