Plot: A retired detective, Moretti (Max von Sydow), stricken with insomnia, is called upon to solve a series of murders, when it is found that a serial killer long thought to be dead has returned to wreak havoc on his old hunting grounds. His partner is one whom he met when he was a child, when his mother was killed by the serial killer. external linkSo Argento has returned to his roots with this film and proves he hasn't lost his touch after almost 30 years. ... I'm sure in ten years it will be looked back on as one of his best films. 7/10

external linkA good serial killer movie. Death scenes were very graphic and cool, but the plot lacked and so did some of the acting. I think you might have to be a Dario Argento fan to enjoy this movie. 7/10
